I hope you’re all doing very well. I’m creating this topic in anticipation of the resolution of our inaugural first subDAO Review process that the TreasuryDAO conducted for the month of September on both the Builder & Ecosystem subDAO as per TDP 47.
Following this resolution, I’ll be posting the outcomes of the monthly/quarterly review meetings here in a neat and easy format. Should there be any strong opinions or reasonable doubt on the resolution, there are audiovisual recordings of these internal meetings available on our Notion page that can be made public upon request, bearing in mind that information presented therein is subject to yet undisclosed information, so should only be made public after passing of such knowledge into the public realm as to ensure that no sensitive information is leaked beforehand.
If there is reasonable doubt that the TreasuryDAO was acting not in the best interest of Meta Governors, this material can be made available ahead of this timeline, given a majority consensus in this thread after release of the monthly review results.

Concerning the Builder subDAO, the TreasuryDAO is satisfied with the alignment of the Funding Request for the month of September. For the next review in October, it is suggested to increase granularity on some budget items, as well as provide the KPIs that were already hinted at in the original Funding Request, but have not been delivered as of yet.
Concerning the Ecosystem subDAO, the TreasuryDAO is satisfied with the alignment of the Funding Request for the month of September.
Concerning the Builder subDAO, the TreasuryDAO is satisfied with the alignment of the Funding Request for the month of October. For the next Funding Request, it is suggested to consider evaluating the cost benefit of all significant expenses, including compensation of contributors, to be able to compare effectively to industry averages and make it easy to decide on upcoming requests if they’re in line or not.
Concerning the Ecosystem subDAO, the TreasuryDAO is satisfied with the alignment of the Funding Request for the month of October.
Concerning the Builder subDAO, the TreasuryDAO is satisfied with the alignment of the Funding Request for the month of December.
It has been suggested the Builder subDAO provide a detailed breakdown of running costs for the current Meta Vault and when the mStableDAO can reach profitability given the current yields in the ecosystem.
